sewgirl17 Memory Quilt - This quilt was made as a present to a very dear friend and co-worker who retired on December 31, 2007. After several months of collecting the signatures and wishes of past and present employees, I assembled the quilt following the instructions of Ricky Tims in one of The Quilt Show presentations earlier in 2007. These blocks went together very quickly and easily and the quilt turned out wonderful. Judy received the quilt at her retirement dinner and was very touched. I want to thank Ricky for demonstrating his memory quilt block and giving me this great idea for a retirement present that will be treasured.
