Design Source - Description | This quilt was made during three house moves, suggested by my late husband to "distract" me from the moves. It took almost 2 years, is machine pieced, and hand quilted. Since he suggested making it (his favorite colors) it is one of my most favorite quilts and will always remind me of him. It was displayed at AQS in Paducah, my first try to enter that show. It won reserve champion at the county fair in Brenham, Texas. It was also displayed at Houston International Quilt Festival in 1989. |
