betsblues Tink Stars in Purple - I wanted to attempt triangles and needed to make quilts for my grandchildren's Christmas gifts. This is my second quilt. Purple stars around mixed Tinkerbell (R) fat quarters. Sam has loved Peter Pan and Tinkerbell from the time she could see the TV. She has seen all versions, including a live play just this year. When I found the Tink fat quarters, I knew these were made for her. We love the bright colors and way the pattern laid out to make pinwheels and stars. I used all the scraps to make the border. I think I like the border best of all. And I love my granddaughter and her mommy!
