daisystitchr Proverbs 5 - Used old men's pants and denim jeanswith only one pattern piece. The backing was quilting flannel and no batting was used. The pattern was assembled in strips and laid directly on the wrong side of the flannel. Seams were made to show on the front side of the quilt and clipped every 1/4 inch. A simple 1-inch binding finished off the edges. This was a gift to my 20-yr-old grandson.
