TQSWizard Surf's Up - This is a baby blanket for a family friend. Dad is from California and a big surfer-so this was the perfect pattern for the baby. It was supposed to be a small quilt, but I did not read the directions closely enough. It is a twin size now. I did heavy quilting with water, sand and lightning designs. Each of the surfboards also had its own design based on the fabric. I have also added a close-up of the quilting.
