Design Source - Description | I made this quilt for a silent auction to benefit the school where I was the principal. It brought in $2000, and I was thrilled and surprised. (Our Kings were doing better that year.) A parent at the school made charcoal sketches of the major players and I scanned tham and printed them on fabric to make the white blocks in the inner border. A person with "connections" saw the quilt and got the players to autograph it. This was a major undertaking, but very rewarding. |
