Duncan's Alphabet Quilt

Duncan's Alphabet Quilt - This was my grandson's quilt for his first Big Boy Bed. I wanted to find material printed with objects that began with alphabet letters (carrots to make the "C" letter, for example). Some were easy to find; some were hard, and some that you would think would have been difficult to find, weren't. The black lab dog is his dog Zack. That made "Z" easy, as you can see! The brown lab dog is his dog Maggie ("M") You will never guess what the most difficult material to find was, so I'll tell you! It was material to make the letter "I"!!! Who knew?????? Finally found ice cream. You'd have thought there'd be an iguana on material, wouldn't you? He was very excited to get this and sleeps under it every night. Problem is: I told him when he learned the alphabet, I'd make him a new quilt! He's in first grade now, so I'm in trouble.
