WagnerQuilting Separated Spheres - I had never done curved piecing and wanted to give it a try after watching an episode of simply quilts that showed how easy it really was. I came up with the idea after several sketches then put the top together. I then went back to sketching to decide what quilting designs would look best. I quilted vertical lines in the white areas, arcs in the circles and squares and rectangles in the blue stripes. This is one of the first quilts I made. Since I have learned the importance of pinning!
