QuilterInaGarden Peacock's Pride - This quilt was designed in a college course at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. The class was taught by Joyce Patton Kavanaugh. She guided us through many quilting techniques that were both traditional and innovative for the late 80's. I enjoyed the chance to learn about batik and loved her methods for doing a quilt as you go technique on the machine. Making this quilt made me want to do more!!!
