Spinning Stars - Spinning Stars quilt is paper pieced utilizing 60-degree triangles arranged with star strips and/or background strips to create the appearance of spinning stars. The quilt uses three colors with four fabrics in each color to make the stars plus background fabric and border fabric. I drafted the design after watching a Simply Quilts episode with Bonnie Browning, then later modified to to use only four strips on each side of the triangle to reduce the amount of sewing while achieving similar results.
