Mustang Migration

Mustang Migration - I combined the Indian Feather Block with Laurel Burch "Mythical Horses" fabric, to provide another southwest design. This "horses of the Plains" quilt is a representation of the wild mustangs who once roamed free on the plains of the southwest. The circular pattern of quilting over the horse squares is a southwest indian migration petroglyph pattern indicating the constand movement of the herd.
