DesertQuilter Galactica! - I was inspired to draw many different Mariner's Compass designs after taking Kathy Delaney's class "The Mariner's Compass Is Our Friend". All the Mariner's Compasses were drafted by me. The circular, regular Mariner's Compass was set in using Ricky Tim's method I learned his seminar in Mesa, AZ. The irregular Mariner's Compasses were pieced with the background. All the center circles were appliqued on by hand. I really had fun designed and constructing this quilt.
