cindywilsonmn KaleidoFlower - This quilt was so much fun to make! I tend to be compulsive/obsessive and couldn't stop making the kaleidoscope blocks...each one was different, AND, it looked different when the individual block pieces were laid out than they looked when sewn together, so I got double the fun while piecing the quilt. I had all of the blocks sewn together within 24 hours of starting the quilt (during a class). This quilt is featured in the book "One Block Wonders" by Maxine Rosenthal. She was teaching the technique while her book was being prepared, and asked to include this quilt in her book. I was so honored. It is also featured on the back of the book AND was on the front cover of C&T Publishings Spring/Summer 2006 catalog.
