Design Source - Description | Light Blue, yellow and white double pinwheel pattern. I wasn't so careful as to plan the placement because this quilt was meant to be used and used up. Eleanor Burns' pattern gives you the directions for a larger quilt where the pinwheels all travel in one direction in the center and the opposite direction in the border, since with this block, when you make one block, you make two that mirror each other. It was fun and easy to make while awaiting my first grandchild. |
