I made this for the 2002 Southern Stars Quilt Guild challenge. It won. I used to work in Chicago, right across from City Hall and the famous Picaso sculpture. The idea popped into my head, "What if Picaso's 'Woman' had sisters, and they were on a quilting vacation in south Florida?" |
