Sharics A Dragon Called Tsunami - Ricky taught this class at Quilt Durango in the Spring of ??????. I used Oriental fabrics that included waves, dragons and calligraphy. When I was finishing the quilt it reminded me of the horrible Tsunami. I fussy cut a dragon and appliqued it in the upper left-hand corner and quilted metallic gold thread coming from the mouth representing the waves.
