Design Source - Description | I saw a Simply Quilts program where this quilt pattern was demonstrated. It "looked" easy to make so I decided to make it using flannel. However, I did not know then that flannel and bias cuts are prone to stretch. Oh how we learn from our mistakes. Mary Ellis (machine quilter in Sherman, Tx) was able to quilt out most of my "stretching errors" and the quilt came out almost square. However, my niece was happy to receive her warm snuggly quilt. |
