| Design Source - Description | Whole cloth quilt. Printed bugs and their "frames" were outline quilted. Then the bugs were outline quilted (freehand) in black, and freehand machine quilting added around each bug using two different variegated threads (one for the ladybirds, one for the gnats) and as many different quilting designs as I could think of or could find in books, etc. |
