Bethindc Star Crossed - This quilt represents a departure in the use of color for me. The majority of the fabrics are from the Wuthering Heights series by 3 Sisters for Moda. Values are mostly in the mid-range and the contrast in the quilt is almost all based on hue rather than value. This was the first serious quilt that I quilted on my Viking Mega Quilter and frame, using pantograms, and quilting three different patterns in the borders, corners, and middle. It was quite a learning experience for me, but on the whole I am very pleased with the way it turned out.
