kelleyc The Garden Club - There are actually two quilts, each containing the handprint of my daughter and her preschool classmates. These were made as end-of-year presents for her teachers. They took WAY longer than I anticipated. Her class was called "The Garden Club" and so the handprints are all meant to be flowers in a garden. I started out with an idea based on a book by Marcia Layton, but then I saw the Simply Quilts episode with Lynette Jensen of Thimbleberries making a tablerunner with a picket fence, and thought that would look cute too.
