Pamelyn Evening Glow - My family, including Mother, sisters, nieces and sister-in-law had a fabric buying experience like no other! Sadly a quilt shop was closing in Northern Minnesota, but on a very happy note we bought fabric, especially batiks, like there was no tomorrow! Oh how I wish I had paid closer attention to the reproduction pieces! This quilt was made at a family quilt retreat. We all used the same pattern and different fabrics. The stars are paper pieced. I hung the quilt on a line for viewing and you can see shadowing from a tree branch.
