Flag Cross for IRAQ

Flag Cross for IRAQ - Made for my military naval chaplain friend who was accompaning a Marine buttalion out of San Diego to 6 months in IRAQ during the war. He specifically requested a cross quilt to hang up when he did open air services. Was made from 4" squares of flag bring, then red with white stars as a single row all the way around and the background was the same print of the red but in navy blue. Chaplain Dan Hall made it home ok. The quilt is hand tied with crochet thread at each corner intersection.
