catz99 Slice of Florida - Slice of Florida is my interpretation of the traditional block, Robbing Peter to Pay Paul. This quilt features applique, trapunto and crystal embellishments. There are over 1700 crystals on the quilt. All of the quilting designs are my original designs made just for this quilt. The quilting was done on an A1 Elite/ CompuQuilter longarm. Slice of Florida won 2nd place at MQX 2007 in the Quilts of the Future category.
