lesliec Hot Cocoa - I created this quilt from my stash of hot colored batiks to honor our dog Cocoa. I machine appliqued the faces. I free motion machine quilted each block with coordinating thread to the background in swirls. I used Ricky's technique of not having a binding that I learned on Alex's show.
