Paegan Les Fleurs - Even though I don't generally do traditional or what I call Fru Fru quilts, I saw this quilt in QNM magazine and it just spoke to me. The quilt published in the magazine did not have the scalloped borders. The ladies at the About.com quilting forum told me it had to have scalloped borders and I took their very correct advice.
