We found this little beauty, One Third Street Neighborhood by Amy Stevenson, at QuiltCon 2015.  

Artist Statement:

I used the pattern by my friend and fellow A2MQG member Debbie Grifka and decided I wanted to see it in a saturated palette and rather than using just a light and dark, I also wanted to see a mid-tone.  I scaled down the block and paper pieced the houses to make it a wall hanging.

Design Source:  The pattern is Third Street Neighborhood by Debbie Grifka, with the following alterations: I scaled down from an 8.5" block to a 3" paper pieced block, and added an extra 10 houses.
