Heidi's quilt is based on a photograph of her daughter who was 12 going on 13. She titled it Blossomed because she was turning into a beautiful young lady.

We love Daddy Hold My Hand by Heidi Proffetty. When we first walked on the set, we thought it was a photograph. Daddy Hold my Hand won 3rd place People-Portraits-Figure at Quilts: A World of Beauty, International Quilt Festival Houston, Texas.

Barbara writes of Joyful Journey, "This quilt represents a turning point for me. I decided to do my best work in this quilt, piecing as precisely as I could. I chose fabrics I loved and found a magnificent quilter, Pamela Spencer Dransfeldt, the Joyful Quilter, to custom quilt it. The pattern is Washington Medallion by Sue Garman and can be found at Sue's website here."
