Join us on a TQS exclusive 12-month creative journey with Becky Goldsmith as we bring you "Sizzle," a stunning quilt designed especially for TQS. A spectacular quilt featuring nine paper-pieced medallions surrounded by a border of Becky's signature striking appliqué.
Becky has been fascinated by circular designs for as long as she can remember and, even though she loves appliqué, she was in the mood to make a pieced quilt. The designs started with diamonds and grew from there. She sewed on foundation papers for greater accuracy.
Each month we will provide photos, detailed directions for a portion of the quilt, and full-size patterns. Becky has also created a selection of "how-to" videos to guide you along the way.

For Month 1, please download the pdf file for the Block as well as the General Instructions. If you are using your own fabrics, Becky has provided outline drawings of each quilt which you can use to sample different choices. These are available for download as well.
