1. Click on Learn at the top of the page.
2. Click on Classrooms (not Downloads, not Search, instead directly on the word Classrooms).
3. Click on Click for Details in the Zoo Nouveau with Ann Myhre section.
4. Click on Watch Video in the Introducing... section.

Hi Sheryl and all. Again, I'm so sorry you are having problems connecting to the video. I'm watching your comments and waiting to hear back to see what can be done and how it can get fixed. But please know that it will be resolved and that you WILL be able to watch the highlights video, even if I have to temporarily put it on my YouTube channel later this eve. While you're waiting, the pattern can certainly be worked without the video (although I know it's way more fun to watch it). If you run into anything (besides technical stuff) while working the pattern, start a new thread on this forum and I'll watch for it.

Don't give up! It's a really fun project and I just can't wait to see what you all do
As soon as it's resolved, we will let you know here on this forum thread. I'd say don't spend any more time until you hear from us - that will just lead to more frustration.

Click on Daily Blog. Scroll down to Zoo Nouveau. Click on "Click here to download materials list and video" Should come up on a page with the video front and center.

Hi Ann, have been trying to find the video for about 20 minutes now. I did manage to get the PDF this time. This seems to be typical for the TQS website. I have gone down quite a few rabbit holes looking for videos, links and PDF's. I am the one who contacted you about their link to the materials list that was not posted and bought a kit a couple weeks ago. Have been anxiously awaiting May 5th and here we go again.

Just to clarify, there are several places where you can get to the PDF, but only one (that I've found) where you can get to the video. The link in the newsletter gets you to a place where the PDF is available, but not the video. So it's easy to get the PDF and extremely confusing to get to the video.

glad I'm not the only one having problems been trying for about 20 minutes, reading instructions going back and getting nowhere almost frustrating enough
to forget this project. Was really looking forward to it. Hope the problem gets solved soon

Nancy, thank you so much for your message and I am glad that you were able to get to the video. I believe the technical powers that be will review this thread and will strive to make an easier path for all to enjoy the project. In the mean time, I hope that more of you can get to the video by following what I mentioned - although, it sounds like some people can get to the PDF but do not see a "watch video" tab.

For all waiting for answers, the video highlights start with what I did for the background quilting, so until you can obtain the video, go ahead and piece the background and make your sandwich per the instructions. Hopefully, when you are ready to quilt, the video will be available. It won't be long and we won't leave ya hanging!

Following your instructions exactly, I was able to get to and watch the lesson 1 video. I think the problems are a result of how confusing and obtuse the new site is. First, if you mention the lesson 1 video in the newsletter and provide a link, that link should go to the spot where the video is located. Second, there are multiple places where the zoo nouveau project/class/whatever it's supposed to be is referenced, but you can't get to the lesson 1 video from those references. Instead you get to a dead end. So, you have to know that this is a classroom and not a project. Then you have to know that the only zoo nouveau link that will get you to this video is under "classroom" (not under "downloads for classrooms", "search classrooms" or "zoo nouveau" under "projects"). Completely confusing and there will continue to be questions as people around the world try to navigate this completely unintuitive interface.

No, goes to same place. Pdf is there but no video.

I had a thought while we're waiting for the technical side of the story...when you guys go to "Learn" make sure you hit the top button "classrooms." FYI: there is a Zoo Nouveau option at the bottom of the "Learn" tab - don't go to that one. Make sure you hit the very first option "classrooms" then go to Zoo Nouveau. Crossing my fingers that gets you there - let us know!

I'm curious to know if anyone else besides me has had success in getting to the video? The more information we have, the better so we can help everyone out. Thanks guys!

Hello everyone. I am so sorry for the frustration, but we will get this figured out. First, I want to make sure that everyone who is trying to access this class is an up-to-date STAR member. I know some of you are as you've said, so I'm just speaking to those who may not be. Initially, this morning, when I clicked the tabs directly from the email, it just took me to the store. Then I realized I wasn't logged in on my laptop. So I logged in, went to "learn", then hit the "click for details" button for Zoo Nouveau and both videos are there, and I was able to watch today's. I can also access it from my iPad. I'm going to email Mary Kay right away to see what else we can think of...we will take care of you! Hang in there.
