I live in the mountains. We don't have things like cable and cell phone coverage. The only available internet service is a local provider. It's lower speed and gets even slower if a lot of neighbors are using the internet, too. There are times when I can't watch any videos. There are other times when I can watch things like Craftsy, iQuilt and YouTube with no problems. There doesn't seem to be any time when I can watch the TQS shows easily. I watch each show as it comes out, but it's painful. I set it on the lowest resolution and it is constantly stopping to buffer. Unfortunately, Vimeo seems to only want to buffer a minute of video at a time so I basically watch a minute of the show, go do something else while it buffers, then come back to watch another minute. It's a Vimeo limit and not a limit on my side because I have plenty of disk space and memory, and it is always exactly a minute of video that is buffered (I pay attention to the time on the bottom of the display).
I realize that most people live in populated areas that have all of the amenities. But it's frustrating for the many of us that don't to be ignored. But I guess that's just the way it goes.
