So sorry, they are part of the family. You need to grieve for your lost one but a new cat does help you heal.

i lost my cats 2 weeks ago (the black and white one) i must say i miss her not letting me quilting

My cats LOVE to sit on fabric and one will remove pins from piecing so I have to be careful. A friend suggested a box nearby with batting scraps and it works! When the scraps get dirty with cat fur, I just throw them away. The cats love their "bed" and I get less fur on my quilting!

Thanks Renata. Yes he has a fascination with all things Asian. He is actually able to play the Hulusi quite well and it does have a beautiful sound. He has found this one easier than the Xiao which he got for Christmas. We are on to birthday number 3 today - Ailsha is 18 years old now! :shock:
