Just a wondering.

Hi Everyone: I was wondering the same thing, I get on the tqs first thing in the morn, around 5 in the morning. I then go to work, I have a long journey to work, (my basement, aka "the dungeon").
Working on several projects, always starting new ones. Snow is on the way. Thanks for being around to chat with. Debbie

I'm working full-time again (DH got laid off in November)! I log on TQS daily and catch up! I have started making pillow cases and doing Alex's Redwork flowers but that's about it right now...

I've been hand piecing a small thimble quilt, machine piecing blocks from a retreat I was on a couple of weeks ago, and cleaning my sewing area. I limit my computer time to three days a week so I can get more quilting done. Alex, you would be proud of me--
I've started cleaning out fabric I've had since the 1980's!

After several mild (relatively speaking) winters, I am again watching the snow fall, third time this week. Yes, I am in the area getting really hit. It is still snowing, over 24 hours now with probably 30+ inches, and two more forecasts of snow this week. Trying to work on a table runner for Mom and want to finish other projects. Pat

Here's to keeping the power going. I hope you are well stocked in fabric and thread. I'm not far from you-Ashburn, VA. Hope all is well with you all who are caught in this.

Well, if the power stays on we'll get lots of quilting done this week. The snow plow is stuck in court in front of my house & we're supposed to get 12 more hours of snow. The plow just plowed the snow higher in front of my car. Fortunately, compared to Jenny, it is not too hot to sit in front of the computer.

Sue, I'm not far from you--in Ashburn, VA. Know what you mean. I so hope the power stays on and work actually closes until we really can get safely out. I haven't even seen the plow. It came through about 10:30 last night and not since. It probably can't even get through now.
Cheers, BJ

Ah Oh! This "situation" doesn't sound good. Hope you get things in order soon. Karen

Mostly it is too hot to sit in front of the computer or quilt. Roll on winter.

I've been at Disney World for the last 3 days... so haven't had time to read or post. Going home tomorrow, so should be back in my routine in a couple of days.
