Has anyone heard about this new law, scheduled to become official in Feb.? The CPSIA will require anyone who produces children's items to have independent lead testing done at a cost of up to $4000 per item. This will effectively put countless small businesses out of business, and I'm not sure, but might also apply to charity items as well. Please write your legislators before the end of January!
