Oh, I feel for Annie. I downloaded an update for Microsoft and my Outlook program has crashed! I've spent several hours trying to figure it out and final called my 'puter guy. I don't have time or patience for this kind of problem. And certainly don't have a clue what to do.

Annie's Web Guy (husband) must be tearing his hair out!

I just tried again and my Norton Security blocked another attack on my computer. I went straight from TQS to Annie's site. The Risk Name: HTTP Malicious Toolkit Variant Activity
Risk Level: High
Norton also said "an intrusion attempt by PC283564284513 was blocked".
I hope she gets things fixed--what an awful thing to go through!

I've been afraid to go back to her site--twice lately my Norton Security stopped my computer from an attack when I went to Annie's site. I'll try it again. Judy in Torrance

I was on her site yesterday and had no problems at all. They must have fixed it.

I've had problems accessing her website as well. Annie and crew are aware of the problems and are trying to fix it. If you can give her details in your emails regarding where you were before going to her site, what screen comes up (photo would be best for her) and as much detail as you can she would appreciate any help.
