Oh by the way, I remembered another request. The manager at the local Jo-Ann's, her name is Kathy, is a wonderful woman and awesome manager. Last week she had a cold that went into a sinus infection. On Tuesday that infection went into her brain and she had brain surgery on Wednesday. The employees thought she had a stroke the way she was acting, they called her husband who took her to the ER. Then she was airlifted to Denver. She will be out indefinitely. She is in a hospital in Denver, about 60 miles away.

JaneAnne OFFLINE Posts: 104	I'm praying for your requests. To hear the diagnosis of Alzheimer's or cancer is so scary when it's someone you love. I often ask the Lord for a cure and hope we will see cures for both in our lifetime.

Nice to hear about all the Houston fun and someday I will be able to attend. The quilts were stunning. Thanks, Sharon in CO

Thank you all for praying for Melinda! She feels pretty good about the interview. It was quite an event--several hours! She hopes to hear good news November 8th. Melinda was happy to hear that the second most needed teachers are ESL, English as a Second Language, which is right up her alley. God really met her during the process so thanks and praise to Him who is able to do more than we ask or think. Blessings, Jane
