Please keep my friend Nola in your prayers. I just found out this morning that her 11year old daughter was raped and murdered 30 years ago. They finally got the guy that did it. They are waiting for him to be extradited to Calif some time next year. She is reliving all the bad things that happened 30 years ago. (Apparently the guy has a long wrap sheet of Rape and murder). Nola could use your prayers. Thanks.

Praying for the requests here and rejoicing with Rosemary :) Praying for her DH that the hounds of heaven will run him down :) In the grocery store this morning shopping for the Thanksgiving Day holiday feast I overheard more than one bitter dispute among fellow shoppers. Reminded me that holidays bring out the good and bad and sometimes are harder than happy for those who are hurting. Praying for the lonely, the brokenhearted and those who can't find in their hearts something to be thankful for this year. May God be very near and dear and break through with the abundance of His grace and love.
Blessings,
Jane

Just to let everyone know, DH was declared fit to drive by his doctor last Wednesday and went back to work today - ok he had to cut his day short by a couple of hours, but he is much better in himself & his boss is fully understanding about only managing part days to start with.

Thanks for all the prayers, even if he is an atheist, I'm not and your support means a great deal.

Please pray for my friend, Dana. She has had breast cancer before, and two weeks ago found a lump in her breast again. Her tests came in yesterday and she does have breast cancer and they also found that it's in her lymph nodes. She's very upbeat about it all. Please pray for God to wrap his arms around her.

It's funny that we as individuals can take a lot, but when it comes to seeing our loved ones in pain it is hard to bear. As an adult it is almost impossible to wrap your brain around a double suicide. How can a child possibly cope? For now we are bathing them with love, patience and support. My hubby and I feel like we are caring a mac truck around on our hearts. We do what we can to remove any pressures from my boys for a little while and slowly ease back into normal life. We all have to move forward someday. We've also been showing them through example of situations that are hard for us, but we continue to do them because we must. Take a little time to recover and then try again.

Thanks for your continued prayers. They are appreciated greatly. Clara

Clara, prayers for all your family, from over here too (they might be a bit soggy, it has been raining here, and it is a bit of a long swim, but share and take heart, that although we have not experienced your depth of pain, we care for you and yours)
