Tuesday is the night when I get weighed. I lost another couple of pounds and got a little gift because I have now lost just over 4.5 stone.
Some of the interesting things that were discussed tonight: Underestimating the amount of hidden fat and sugars in hot drinks that are called 'skinny' or 'slimline', especially drinks like cappuchinos in places like Starbucks. That it's better for your health and weight loss if you mix your wine (50/50) with sparkling or still water, and that frozen fat free yogurt makes a really nice treat (not sure this is the right time of the year).
