Nancy, from the picture you can't tell it is rick-rack, so from the back of that proverbial horse..........

! Love your vase fabric! It would have been very hard to have found a perfect inset to go with that fabric, so I think your decision was terrific! I always try to think of real vases when I pick my vase fabric.

Maggie in E. Central Illinois, got through that 12 hour shift no problem (well, I am a little tired!) and have the next 4 days off. Quilt guild tonight with a lecture from Ami Simms, then tomorrow a workshop with Ami! WooHoo! Life is good!
