Darce, loved the bright quilt with the animal borders... adorable! Too cute about finding the wallhanging saying too!

Agnes, great idea about a gift bin. It would remove the anxiety of a deadline for gifting. I hate deadlines.

Just finished this on Saturday, and will give it go a lovely elderly lady in my congregation this week. :D It's about 50 x 70 inches. Next is to see if I can finish my 2009 Thimbleberries quilt (queen-sized.) The top is nearly done but for borders, so I have that plus sandwiching, etc. I still haven't worked out a backing, so we'll see. Anyway:

Beautiful everyone. I am living through you all as I am making only slow progress on my mom and dad's kind size quilt. HOpe to make some progress this next weekend, though we also hope to paint the house a little so we will see which wins out.

Georgia - I agree! We all need to see what we can do to get some finishes done for March! Agnes is really showing us up! But I am not ready to cry uncle yet!!

I was just sitting here thinking that in no more than 2 days I should have another finish so I really enjoyed your comment Georgia (laceyirish).

Another beauty Agnes!

I finally have some finsihes to post. The tabletopper was finished last month, but I finally just got it washed to get the quilting markings out. Let's see if I can get photos posted.

The fun thing about the wallhanging, is that I already had the "expression" on the wall when I found this little kit. It was like it was taylor made for my wall!

Hugs,
Darce

You have some beautiful fabrics, Agnes! "A gift bin".....that's an idea I may adopt. I'm always last-minute LuLu when finishing up quilty gifts, LOL!

Agnes - as always -- so pretty!! I know I would love that as a gift! I think that forcing oneself to complete the project is the toughest part of quilting!
