No snow yet. Sounds like that's more around 10,000 ft right now. But they are forecasting snow here Thursday night. The precipitation has been incredible this year! I feel really bad for all of the people who are experiencing the terrible flooding, but it's been a relief up here to finally have a summer with no fires. I guess there's never a middle ground...

I am a stalker of Valerie's blog, Pumpkin Patch Quilter, she needs to post a new picture as she looks awesomely different! I'll let you girls guess how. WTG with the quilts at MQX. Nancy, do you have that nasty "s" word up there in Ward yet. Raining like crazy down here.

Nancy, I was just making a list of the quilts I HAVE to see at MQX. What catagory is your quilt in? I don't want to miss it. I only have the one day there, so have to make the most of it. I will take pictures and post.

Thank you for the congratulations (they made me smile wide!!) and congratulations to our other ladies (Nancy and Betty Jo!) who are also in the show. Janet's quilts are sure to be spectacular...I wish I were going but we will be in Florida that week...I am going to be stalking the web every chance I get for pictures! I too am thrilled that my quilt (quilts!) will be hanging with such talented quilters!

Woohoo! Canterbury Silk will make its debut at MQX. I'm happy about this, as you might expect. Congratulations to everyone who got in. I wish I were going to the show, but I'm putting all my travel funds for the year in going to Houston for the first time this year. Sky Horse got into Houston, and also my little Perspective in Threads got into the Tactile Architecture special exhibit in Houston this year and that will be traveling to other shows for the next year. It's all so delightful. Hugs all around. LOL
