Whoa, Janet, that's one beautiful quilt! I've been fortunate to see a few of your winning quilts at shows and love everyone of them. Your design detail is amazing and love how you use color and embellishments. Congratulations on a very well deserved win.

Thanks, Susan! It took me about 6 months from start to finish. That seems to be about my average time frame for a quilt. I wish I could work faster, but I have a day job that takes away from quilting time, although I won't complain, as it helps to subsidize the habit!

Oh my gosh! I'm honored to be among an amazing group of quilters here at TQS! Congratulations to all the winners at MQX and to everyone who entered a quilt! If nobody entered quilts, there would be no quilt shows! And then I'd probably get addicted to chocolate or ice cream. Oh, who am I kidding, I'm already addicted to chocolate and ice cream!
