Two of my quilts were displayed in the garden railroad at Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh. I made them out of indoor/outdoor fabric -- they're about 4 inches square.

We need to get the picture of the horse statue that John Flynn was involved with.

I sent a request to John's web site and his wife, Brooke, referred me to this Smilebox on their blog about the Crazy Horse project!

I'm sure I saw pictures of a quilted cow somewhere in the US. But I can't remember where.

In March 2008 TQS friend SandyTN and I saw this painted horse when we went to the Mountain Quiltfest in Pigeon Forge, TN.
It's not actually fabric, but paint counts! Right??

OK....I have a theme going here...At the 2009 Houston show, I saw this elephant in a display curated by Pam Holland:

I want to know what is the most unusual place you've seen a quilt displayed? Or perhaps the way it was displayed was unusual, for example, the back of a horse. Show me a picture. I know Alex had one hanging at the bank and of course there are always the trees in Alden Lane Nursery. I've even seen one hanging next to the restroom at church. Can't wait to see what you've seen.
