Wendy, my new machine is a Brother Dream Machine. She is huge! Kind of like a Big Bertha. But, that just isn't a sweet name like so many of you have! Geneva is right, the opening video on my machine shows " The Dawn Of Creativity" on the touch pad. New Dawn sounds good, but I'd love a one word name. I am open for any and all suggestions.

Err BSR Geneva
. I do lower the top tension and use bottom line in the bobbin which has helped a lot. Thank you whoever gave me that advice.

Nancy's quilting is always beautiful

Wendy and Dawn, your quilting is beautiful. I am always impressed with your perfect stitch length and tension. That's where I fall down!

Dawn, I thought we named your new machine "New Dawn" from when it announced itself to you. Or was it little Dawn?

I hadn't realised that the circle had no edge, it's just made from the bubbles. I noticed some of her pea pod quilting is like that as well. I tried doing that but kind of forgot during execution. It gives your quilt an extra edge so the bubbles are held together by their own magnetism. Like a nest of spiders that if you touch all fly apart.

What ma chine is it Dawn we'll give it a name :cheer:

Oh, Wendy and Nancy, I love your quilting! Wendy, yours reminds me of McTavishing. And, I am assuming Ingrid is your sewing machine? I would love to put a name to my new machine, but so far she hasn't told me what it is!!

Wendy that's beautiful......you and Ingrid seem to be getting on well together.
Is it cotton fabric or silk?

I've been taking part in QuiltShop Gal's 2015 quilting challenge. This months guest who has set the challenge is Christina Cameli. Like many of the young FMQ experts she is very generous with her ideas and skills. It would be great if we could have her on one of our shows. Her designs are fun and quirky.

Here's my entry for the challenge, it feels watery.
