Hmmm...
"The pops on the label and off-centered have to be fixed." You have to explain that in greater detail. I can't see the mistakes! Me thinks you have been working at this way too long! Give yourself a break. Or is it that I am just not a good enough quilter to see the obvious (???) mistakes? Help!
If you double click the label, you'll see tiny white dots of thread from the bobbin in the red script. No amount of Pitt pens ink fixed it. I just re-digitized for a curvy border, centered, so will fill bobbins with red thread. This time, I won't cut the threads off the corners and have to re-sew. I used the label technique from the Bernina video. There is a bit of time left, so think I really need to use it to rise to the level of my incompetence
After all, there are a few prizes to be had
Right now, it's like the night before the lottery drawing..."Well, SomeonE has to win!"
There is an Artist's Statement to write and then it's off to UPS. I have learned a whole lot on this journey and thank Betty Jo for being my sounding board.
I still want to know how Sue Nichols gets absolutely no fuzzies on her raw-edged applique. I do pretty good with batiks, but wovens are tough.
I've got blabber-fingers tonight. Talk to ya'll tomorrow.
