This absolutely amazing piece of art was in my mailbox last night from the master of teeny tiny quilted feathers!! Nancy, I still can't stop giggling! It is fantastic and will reside directly over my sewing machine as an inspiration piece!! I tried to take a picture of the back with a stiletto as reference, but the point covered too many of the little quilting stitches! I am in awe~ Frieda Anderson would be so very impressed with what you did with her hand dyed silk! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was stressing out over getting my last two mug rugs done before moving and Nancy reminded me that this is supposed to be fun! What a lot to happen! Take care of yourself! With just finishing Sue's and Andree's, you just popped up as next on my list. It might be a couple of weeks before I get yours made since I have to make a bag for a friend's daughter who is graduating from high school. Don't worry about mine! Work on what makes you feel good, and if a mug rug comes out of it then the recipient will be lucky. If not, no harm, no foul.
