I am so glad the quilts were found, safe and sound. What a scare for you. I'm glad the panic is over.

Wendy, both of them are beautiful. I love them both and the workmanship on each is very skilled. Why not enter the two of them in either 'Symphony of Colour' or the small wallhanging section, I am sure they would do well.

When is Malven - next May?

I know Lois it could have been me. We're all very relieved and I had to keep telling myself there's a lot worse happening in the world, it's only fabric.

It won't put me off showing Maureen, I have an ambition to get a rosette or bit of paper one day. Do you think my quilt CW or Egyotian Rhapsody (otherwise known as the wanderers) would fit the category at Malvern of ''Symphony of Colour'
Or shall I enter one as small wallhanging

What a relief! I felt terrible for everyone involved but especially bad for those whose quilts had been intended to be used as gifts. Only quilters could understand this kind of disappointment not to mention the great relief we all feel now for people we don't even know. Be sure to tell everyone involved how happy we are. You know I even feel great sympathy for the woman who had them in her garage. I know how stupid I'd feel had it been me and I know, oh too well, I am very capable of being just that stupid.

Terrific news Wendy, I am so glad that they have been found. :D :D :D I hope it is not going to stop you showing off your quilts in future.
