TOPIC: It's a Small World

Re: It's a Small World 21 May 2011 13:14 #65051

The quilt is stunning! I have sorted my HST, but that is all. Hope to have a couple of good days next week to get back to them. This chemo stuff has slowed me down!

Love your quilt. My triangles are in their plastic bags separated by states and country. I have two graduation quilts to finished. Shirley35

It's a beautiful quilt, Margo, and the quilting is awesome. The HST's are the star of the show and I just want to look at it over and over again!

Thank you for getting this done so fast, and inspiring the rest of us!

Margo - your quilt is simply stunning. The design and the quilting are beautiful. This is just the inspiration I need to get back to practice on my new LA. DD was home for a month and she and the LA were sharing a room so I didn't get much quilting time. Thanks for showing all the close-ups. Love it!!!

Margo, I already commented on this quilt in the blogs but I have to say I absolutely love your labels too! I agree with other comments, you have a real gift for creativity and the talent to make your ideas a reality.

Oh! la!la! Margo it is awesome. I love the plain border which allows to show off fancy quilting...I might just borrow that idea for mine. We have a 3 day weekend here in Canada and I hope to work on mine.
cheers

Another gorgeous quilt!

Is it possible to have a Gallery set up especially for the HST and stripper exchanges?

Lorchen, there is already a Show & Tell for the exchanges! Here's the link: see-quilts/show-and-tell-quilts/

but you can always access it from QUILT GALLERY/Show & Tell/Friendship Triangles

There are several quilts posted that have been put in the wrong category, but I'm hoping that everyone will start posting their exchange projects!!

BTW...if you haven't tried it already tried it, if you will click two times on the photos, you can get a closer view of my quilt! :D
