Love all the finished quilts... mine hasn't happened yet, it is patiently waiting for the fabric purchase for the border. I know what I want, but so far haven't found it in local shops. Looking like I'll be ordering online shortly. Very happy with the top so far...will try and post a photo shortly.

Woohoo! Look at all the completed projects popping up!

My quilt is done with binding and label. Tonight after work--photos and story.

We had friends in London so we went down there and took them to Windsor Castle...we saw the Queen!!! woohoo! very exciting. So yes that took time away from getting this project down. oh well.

Thanks Ritzy! I'm going to check with her.
I could maybe stitch in the ditch real quick and put the binding on, but prefer to do a good job of quilting it all-over.

Lena--good work. I don't know if you can get a picture in but I say send one to Carol and see--can't hurt.

Well I got the quilt top completed, but cannot get the quilting done (spent 3 days at a retreat working on this).
Don't know if it can be included without the actual quilting done, but I can always add to my copy of the book when finished.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these new quilts finished in time for the book!!

Clara, I am blown away by these sweet little quilts! I had no idea this was what you were working on... so original and precious! How big (small) are they? I think they'd look fab all mounted together on a black background as if they each were a quilt block in a larger quilt. Of course, they look great just as they are too!

Ritzy, your quilt is lovely! Great setting, and very nice quilting. Finishing for the book is a huge accomplishment! Let it rest, and if at some point in the future, add some more quilting, that is fine, but know that it is wonderful as it is! Well done!!

Manuela, I love the soft earthy look of your quilt. Just makes me want to curl up and cuddle under it with a good book, a nice fire, and a glass of wine. Great job!!

Oh this book is going to be FABULOUS!!!

Ritzy and Manuela I am so glad you finished and I love both of your quilts. Clara I think we should each use some of our leftover hst's or make some more and try our hand at using them for AAQI donation quilts. I am going to try this, if you don't mind! :P
Love the idea. Please, do so. Any left over strips and ROT exchanges too! We all love a good scrappy quilt, even a small one. Clara :D :D :D

They are all done. Here is the lot. Clara

Plus there are 6 more flower ones. I'm going to post them under the Alzheimer's Quilt Challenge.

Clara, your quilts are one more beautiful than the next--absolutely stunning, all of them and they look like they belong as a group!
