Hi Mimuscraft,
I see one of mine in there! I have one from Finland. I bet it is yours. I am going to check.
I love have you made your block using the small blocks.

I received 4 exact HSTs from the same person, and as it turns out, they are going to be in the center of my Medallion quilt! So, sometimes it's worth keeping what we get (God's plan) _ When I have time, I'll try to post what's on my design wall so far and get a fancy signature. So many HSTs, so much fabric, so little time!

I have been playing with my hst's for couple of days, and now I have two blocks finished. It is so much fun, I would like to stay in my sewing room all day! I counted hst's and I have 252 just like it was supposed to be, plus golden tickets. None of them were mine :D . There are 42 US states and 1 from Canada. 118 individual sott members, so there are few duplicates. Luckily there are different fabric combinations from same person, so there were not so many excactly same. I am so eager to sew everything together, I think I don't have time to trade duplicates... Thank you all Sott members, you made beautiful hst's! (Now I have to catch up reading this forum, there are many pages.)

I like your block too. I love all my hsts, got 560 and only had about 4 that where dup material. Several from the same person but hts where from different material..I was very pleased and lucky. Everyone is special....still playing with them...

I like the "before" and "after" tree blocks! It's fun to see how all the individual HST's come together to create a beautiful "worldly" tree! Love it!

Woohoo!!! They are here!! Wow they are gorgeous. Not much sorting yet but I am loving the first look. All USA and Australia. Can't wait to really sort and view on Saturday. The whole day is planned!

I suspect Sunday will be spent finishing the scrap quilt so the design wall is free for triangles. Lol.

Really loved this! Makes me hungry, AND, makes me think maybe I should bake, instead of quilt... wait, NO!! I think I need to quilt! Thanks!! :D

I have only received 3 emails letting me know who came up short or who has too many. Please keep me in mind, this is what I volunteered for. I will match you up with someone who has extra or send out SOS's for you.

I have only received 2 people who would like to participate in my suggested duplicate packet swap but are concerned about the lack of interest. If you are specifically looking for more international or a particular state then this exchange is not for you - a forum request with what you are looking for would better suit your needs. If you are like me, and received many, many duplicates my swap might help reduce those duplicates (we couldn't have all gotten the same duplicates!). The more people who participate the less chances for more duplicates.

If no one is interested that's ok too - less work for me, more time to sew.

Just trying to help,
Kari

OMG those cookies are cute. I went to the Flickr page link too and wished I had more time to peruse. I haven't made Christmas cookies for the past 2 years because of dieting. I am such a fan of cookie making and I really miss it.
