This seems to be the place to practice so I'm hoping to see a signature here.

Thanks! I think my signature box probably ought to be a little bit smaller, but when I tried that, the quilt didn't show up very well, so I'm going to leave it as it is, I guess. I was really proud of how the quilt turned out because I was determined to do it from stash rather than buying new fabric. The neutral background pieces are all a variety of tone on tone and white on white fat quarters. The floral fabric was used in my "Stars for a New Day" quilt!

Thanks, Pam. Instead of a traditional round robin, the group members worked only on their own quilt. Each new round had certain "rules" we had to follow, and we had to use Carol Doak blocks, but we could stretch them so that they could be longer or wider. This is our second challenge like this. My quilt ended up 54" square and I was really happy with it! I felt like it would make a good quilt for my new pictorial signature, even though I may still tweak the background of the signature block!

Okay, I just had to play around with making up a signature photo using Paint Shop Pro 7 and a quilt I just finished for a Carol Doak Yahoo group challenge, the latest "Yours Truly Round Robin." I had a hard time finding a place on the internet to post the finished picture in a form that I could use here, but I finally squeezed it into the files on my personal website and linked to it there. I THINK it worked! :D

Jilly, after you have checked the "preview" of your new signature, you need to hit SUBMIT on the profile page. Also, if you want to get rid of that white box around your name, go through the signature routine again, and on page 4 where you select the color of the text, be sure to check the box at the top marked "transparent".
I had to tweak mine several times before I was pleased with how it looked. :?
Hope that helps!
